What if I am not satisfied with the product? Can I get a refund?

What if the product arrives with few missing Pixels or is damaged?

If a few pixels have fallen off during shipping, they will likely be found in the box. We also provide extra pixels to ensure you can easily place them back in their original positions.
To minimize the risk of damage, all orders are securely packed with multiple protective layers. In case of any damage, we regret the inconvenience and kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll assist you promptly!

We at Koha ensure that all the products meet our high-quality standards. The orders are examined carefully for any damages, packed with utmost care and shipped off to decorate your walls.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Different policies and guidelines are there based on the nature of your purchase. Please review the below policies. Our refund policy is flexible, user friendly and we try to accommodate our customer requests as much as we can.

Due to the customised nature of the product, we cannot offer you a refund if your dissatisfaction with the product(s) is due to a mistake on your part or simply because you have changed your mind.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with the product due to a mistake we have made or your product(s) have arrived damaged, you may be eligible for an exchange. To raise an exchange request, contact us by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include photographs of the damaged products(s) in the email.

Products purchased from the Koha Gallery

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange provided the below conditions are met

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Product must not be damaged.
  • Proof of Purchase must be presented, and return should be within 10 days of purchase.

All returns will be inspected to ensure all the above criteria are met. In the event of the above conditions not being met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. All return requests should include pictures of the product and a clear description of the issue.

Returning the Product

Once we receive your return request, we will respond within 2-3 days regarding its status. If your request is approved, we will arrange to pick up the product from your location.

It typically takes 2-3 working days to organize the pickup and an additional 4-5 days for the product to arrive at our facility. Once received, we will inspect the product, and if all the criteria are met, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

You must ensure that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is found to be damaged or used beyond what is necessary for a reasonable inspection, the refund may be rejected.
